klu nk kurus kn bdn...
korg jgn la asyik minum air bikarbonat...
mmg kembang la prut korg pas minum air tu...

then....
korg jgn mkn 5-6jam sblum korg masuk tido....
sbb mknn tu xabis dihadam lg....
sbb tu org tua2 xgalakkan pas mkn trus tido....
nnt buncit boroi...

pastu...
korg klu nk tido...
mngadap la ke kanan...
sbb ia mncepatkan lg proses pnghadaman mknn dlm perut....
ianya senang dipraktikkan n hasilnya...
insyaALLAH....korg dpt la kecik kn perut korg....

selain tu...
korg jgn la mkn makanan laut (mcm ikan @ udang @ ketam) ngan ayam @ daging dalam 1 hidangan kerna ada kajian telah dilakukan...
mendapati klu korg makan hidangan mcm tu serentak....
alamat, myb perut korg akan meragam....
tapi aku kurg pasti psl kajian ni sbb aku dpt info ni pn drp kwn2 aku jgk,
so trpulang la kpd sesape yg nk mngamalkn nye....

xrugi pn klu korg amalkan sbb manfaat nye korg jgk yg dpt....

Sampai Form 4 Aku Idop Dalam Keadaan Bulat..
Tapi Semenjak Rajin Membuat Aktiviti2 Seperti Di Bawah Ni Aku Sudah Mule Slim Semula..
Tinggal Nak Mantain Kan Six Pek Aku Je..Hahaha Bro Bad Aku Pasti Ko Leh Ikot Jejak Langkah Aku..Aku Pown Dlu Cam Ko Gak..

Health - Important Tips Answer the phone by LEFTear. Do not drink coffee TWICEa day. Do not take pills with COOLwater. Do not have HUGEmeals after 5pm. Reduce the amount of OILYfood you consume.. Drink more WATERin the morning, less at night. Keep your distance from hand phone CHARGERS. Do not use headphones/earphone for LONG period of time. Best sleeping time is from 10pmat night to 6amin the morning. Do not lie down immediately after taking medicinebefore sleeping.
